Private Policy

We collect minimal sales transaction data from paying customers only.  The data collected is to aid in the process of potentially having to provide a return, refund, and/or exchange.  There will be no collection of data processes targeted towards site visitors or customers to fuel marketing efforts to sell them more stuff or to get more clicks.  No pop up windows trying to get your info.  No email newsletters.  No profiling. No tracking.  No selling of information to third parties. 

 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

To initiate a Return, Refund, and/or Exchange, please visit our Returns page and fill out the form.  Products that wish to be returned, refunded, or exchanged must be clean, have original tags and/or stickers still on, and must be in sellable condition.  Customers may be responsible for shipping and freight costs associated with a Return, Refund, and/or Exchange.  A request for a return must be made within a reasonable amount of time from the date of receipt of goods (approximately 30 days).  Customers providing proof of purchase is required. 

 

Shipping of purchased goods

Shipping cost are included in the pricing of all of our products.  Products purchased are made as soon as orders are received.  This is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.  Thank you for your patience.

Questions, concerns, issues, complaints, comments, requests, recommendations on how to improve, words of praise, etc can only be made by submitting a form on our Contact Us page.
